1. Do you offer any physical classes or 1-to-1 coaching?
We do not have physical or 1-1 classes. All classes are conducted live via Zoom. Online classes allow us to make learning accessible from anywhere.
The classes listed on this website are the ones with available spots.
2. How much are the course fees
• Student Portal Registration Fee: none – login details will be sent to your email upon registration
• Deposit Fee: None
• Primary level Course Fee: $65/ lesson
• Course fee paid are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
3. When and how do we pay the course fees?
• Fees are collected on a monthly basis before the start of each month. Invoices are sent to parents via WhatsApp on the first day of each month (or upon sign-up).
• Payment will be made via PayNow. Please include your child’s name in the payment reference for easy tracking.
4. What is the frequency of lessons?
• Lessons will be held once a week. Each lesson is 1 hour 30 minutes.
• There will be extra lessons during March & September term breaks and June Holidays for Primary 5 & 6 students.
• All extra lessons scheduled are necessary and are part of the curriculum.
5. What happens if my child misses a lesson? Are fees prorated?
All lessons are recorded. If your child misses a class, they can watch the recording at their own pace via the Student Portal. Lesson replay links will be uploaded to the Student Portal within 3 working days.
Recording links expire after 30 days, so we encourage students to review promptly to stay on track. Fees are not prorated or refunded, as the materials and recordings remain available to students.
6. Will I be able to attend make-up lessons?
Student intake is kept limited each year so that we can stay fully committed to a focused group of learners. Therefore, there will be no replacement lessons.
Please note that fees for missed lessons are strictly non-refundable, as every lesson is recorded and made available for revision.
Recording links are valid for 30 days. This encourages students to review the lesson promptly and stay aligned with the class’ learning pace.
7. What is your maximum class size?
Each class can take in a maximum of 12 students. With this class size, we are still able to monitor everyone effectively on Zoom’s video panel and ensure active participation and engagement from each student.
8. Isn’t 12 students quite a lot for a class? Will my child be able to learn well?
That’s a valid concern, and one we take seriously. From our experience, class size alone does not determine learning outcomes. What truly matters is the clarity of teaching, the quality of structured materials, and the student’s consistency in reviewing and practising.
With our thoughtfully designed curriculum and regular revision structure, many students have shown significant improvement through this model.
9. How will lessons materials be provided?
Starting from Academic Year 2026 (w.e.f. Nov 2025), worksheets will be delivered to your home in the last week of the previous month. For example, worksheets for February’s lessons will arrive in the last week of January. This gives families ample time to stay organised without the stress of last-minute printing.
With worksheets delivered in advance, students are expected to have the necessary materials ready for each lesson. As such, we will not be sending reminders about which worksheet to use.
To stay organised, we recommend keeping the month’s worksheets neatly on the study desk or in an easily accessible folder. This reduces disruptions during lessons and maximises learning time.
10. What kind of materials will be used?
- Key Concept Notes
- Multiple-Choice Questions and Guided Practices for Open-Ended Questions
- Topical Practices sorted by Question Type
- Structured Answering Templates for Commonly-Tested Questions
- Periodic Revision Papers on Interrelated Topics
11. Will my child receive feedback on their work?
Yes! Completed worksheets can be submitted via Student Portal which all students will have access to upon registration.
All pages of the completed work should be consolidated into a single PDF document for submission.
Personalised feedback will be provided within 3–5 working days to support their improvement.
12. Will homework submission reminders be sent?
We do not send homework reminders, as we believe in helping students take ownership of their learning and cultivate strong study habits.
Parents play an important role in this process. Our experience shows that active parental involvement greatly improves consistency and progress. We sincerely appreciate parents who partner with us to help their child stay on track, submit worksheets punctually, and develop conscientious learning habits.
