- Fees are payable monthly before the first lesson in the first week of each calendar month. To confirm your place in the class, we would need you to make payment for the first month upon registration.
- SOL reserves the right to withhold or suspend access to lessons and materials until payment is received. This covers both live lessons and access to recordings/materials.
- Lessons will not be conducted during SOL’s Term Holiday, on the gazetted Public Holidays, and on the eve of the Chinese New Year.
- Classes will continue as scheduled on Hari Raya Puasa Eve, Teachers’ Day, Children’s Day, and Deepavali Eve to ensure minimal disruption to the learning programme.
2. Termination & Notice Period
- For termination of course, please give the tutor a 1 calendar month notice. (For example, if your last month of attendance is in May, you are required to inform the tutor by 30th April).

- Parents and Students are encouraged to access the lesson recording link to catch up on the missed content.
4. Rescheduled / Extra Lessons (Initiated by Tutor)

7. Curriculum Materials
- Curriculum materials (worksheets, notes, resources) are provided only for the courses paid for.
- Students registering mid-term will receive materials from the date of enrollment onward.
Intellectual Property
